NPI Dallas-Irving Commercial Add-On Services

Providing Inspections for Dallas, Irving, Grand Prairie, University Park, Farmers Branch, Highland Park and Surrounding Areas

In addition to general residential and commercial property inspections, NPI offers a suite of services that can be tailored to your specific needs. Below, you will find a list of each additional commercial service offered by your local NPI Dallas-Irving team.

Sewer problems can cause major issues for a property, and NPI can help diagnose them by scoping the main lateral sewer line. Your inspector can document issues like pipe obstructions, tree root intrusion and sewer line bellying that can be costly and even hazardous if left uncorrected.

Termites and other wood-destroying insects (WDIs) can cause catastrophic damage to your property if left untreated. Your NPI inspector can identify the presence of termites, carpenter ants, wood-boring beetles and more before they cause irreversible damage.

Accessibility code requirements are compared with existing conditions on site to provide essential information of noncompliant elements with the Texas Architectural Barriers Act (TABA) and the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS). Note: All projects regardless the costs must meet standards. Projects over $50,000 must also be registered with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR).

This is a non-destructive inspection of the roof surface utilizing an infrared camera. Infrared cameras can detect roof moisture in the insulation because water retains heat longer than most other materials. Usually, underlying problems will not be detected on a regular roof inspection. Replacing or repairing a roof system is one of the costliest components to an owner.

Your NPI inspector can provide many different types of field services, including occupancy status inspections, property assessment and condition reports, insurance risk assessment inspections, REO foreclosures and more. Any of these services can be tailored to your specific needs.
