To all who read this review. Edward Lannon, is one of the best Property Inspectors in our area. Why, because he shows up on time, takes his job very seriously, and let's you know exactly what you should do. The hardcopy report came to me promptly and on point. What else can you ask from a professional in his business.

Service was great and delivery was as promised. No real surprises with inspection but pointed out some things not looked at when visiting the condo several weeks ago.

Since I don't know if excellent starts on the left or the right -- The service was EXCELLENT Professionalism was EXCELLENT I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Edward for future inspections. Timely, courteous, friendly, professional, prompt -- the best.
