Ed did a very efficient and thorough inspection of property we were considering for purchase. His inspection helped us immensely to fully understand the condition of the property. He also helped us with recommendations around general contractors to get the property back up to speed. I have owned 6-7 homes over my lifetime, Ed was better than any other inspector we experienced over 30 + years of property ownership.

Edward did a very thorough job and we are very pleased with the results. My wife and I were both worried about getting an inspector that might miss items that would cost us money down the road but we feel that he found all the issues with the home we're considering buying. We were able to put the purchase on hold until the issues were addressed so he could have very well saved us thousands of dollars. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing a home inspection.
