Edward at NPI is extremely thorough and highly knowledgeable. It was only 4 business days between engaging his services and the site visit. He spent ample time in the house, he reviewed it up-and-down, back-and-forth for a couple of hours, and then he issued the full report within a few more hours. There is no doubt I will call Edward again when I need a third-party inspector. Tremendous value for a small charge. Thanks Edward!

Working with Ed on a new construction home inspection was great. He was detailed and thorough. Ed went through his report and does an excellent job of explaining his findings without over complicating it. He was super helpful!
