I have used NPI on multiple property inspections. I simply won’t buy without Ed because of his detail and experience. He has help me avoid unseen challenges and issues many times. I have complete trust in NPI & Ed. Thanks for all you do!

Superior service. Very timely and professional. The report was very detailed with great pictures as well as very thorough explanations of findings. The report was also set in a format that made it very easy to review any potential issues with the seller. Edward was also readily available for any questions. This is my second experience and both have been top notch. I highly recommend them.
