Superior service. Very timely and professional. The report was very detailed with great pictures as well as very thorough explanations of findings. The report was also set in a format that made it very easy to review any potential issues with the seller. Edward was also readily available for any questions. This is my second experience and both have been top notch. I highly recommend them.

Edward was a pleasure to deal with. Was quite thorough in his inspection and report. What stood out for me is that I asked for Edward's time after receiving the report to ask some questions and garner his expertise and he was happy to do so. That's the kind of service you want performing your inspections!

He is prompt and personable along with possessing a diligent thoroughness that leaves you confident in his report and the general condition of your prospective property.
