Very responsive! I called one day, the inspection was scheduled two days later and I got the report the day of the inspection. The report was very thorough and complete. I was very pleased.

Fantastic job! Very thorough with the inspection and identified a number of issues that would not have been addressed without the inspection. Additionally, NPI was very responsive to all my questions and concerns and were able to provide me with the results of the inspection later that day in well-designed report that was easy to understand. I would highly recommend!

Edward helped us with the pre-drywall inspection as well as the full home inspection prior to closing. His attention to detail is remarkable, he definitely caught issues that the unexperienced eye would not have seen. Buying a home is a huge investment and it is nice to have a knowledgeable inspector looking out for your interests. His reporting system is comprehensive and allows you to create a punch list to be addressed. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain systems and/or defects. I highly recommend his services for your upcoming home purchase.
