What stood out for me is that I asked for Edward's time after receiving the report to ask some questions and garner his expertise and he was happy to do so. He is prompt and personable along with possessing a diligent thoroughness that leaves you confident in his report and the general condition of your prospective property. He takes the time to show and explain issues (potential or otherwise). We have used him 2x and are completely satisfied with his quality of inspection!
Edward did a very thorough job on a new construction house. He provided great detail that I was able to provide to the builder for correction. I would use Edward and NPI for any future inspections.
