Excellent! Explanation on site and in written report were thorough and clear. On the day of the inspection, Edward was very considerate of Barbara's home and space, which was nice to see. He was professional, courteous, and answered questions that any of us had for him. As my first time, it was a really good experience! Thank you!!!
