Mr. Lannon did an excellent job on a recent home inspection. He clearly explained every thing that he was inspecting and provided reasons behind his assessments. He also gave a succinct explanation of how his mold assessment was carried out along with the infrared scanning of the house. The end result was a thorough inspection that gave us the peace of mind of knowing the actual condition of the home we purchased.
