The level of detail in this report is well beyond what I had expected. The pictures of the marginally acceptable and defective items are great. The lengths the inspector went to check every possible item within the house is wonderful. The report was delivered in full within just a couple of days of contracting the service. I would absolutely recommend NPI's services to any potential home buyer.
