Just fine. The price was a bit high, but I'm sure that's market standard. Otherwise we are satisfied.

My inspection was short notice (2 days) on a new construction home. Edward was more than happy to accommodate when several other inspectors were not. He was very thorough from top to bottom, finding even the smallest things. Edward pointed out things that needed repair and also gave me his professional opinion and things that, although within code and acceptable, should be repaired or monitored in the future. I would recommend this inspector to anyone looking for one. The price was very reasonable and well worth it. Will be calling again for our 11 month inspection!

We were very pleased with the inspection. Very professional, arrived on time and explained in detail even minor issues. We will definitely use Ed again as we are both realtors and hope to be busy with other clients very soon.
