Unfortunately we were unable to attend the inspection of the home we were purchasing. Ed did a great job of providing a very thorough report with great pictures and descriptions included. Ed had no problem meeting with us over the phone to go through the report and answer any questions we had. Great experience.

Ed and his team completed a very detailed and quality inspection of a high end residential property for me. His communication was excellent. He arrived at the property in a timely manner, and the inspection was thorough, and the follow up report was easily understood and transferable to the seller of the property to address pre-closing repairs. I would use his services again and again - a true professional.

Ed's inspection and accompanying report was very thorough. Detailed photos were throughout the report, and he even included a video. Timing was tight for us, and he scheduled and conducted the inspection, then completed the report swiftly. Superb all the way around.
