The report was clear, specific and detailed with pictures. The inspector did an outstanding job and was able to explain in detail all comments and answer all questions of concern.

Mr. Lannon was right on time for the appointment and the inspection was throughout. The finished report was emailed to me later on the same day. The whole process was done in an excellent and professional manner. I highly recommend Mr. Lannon and his team.
