Mark Crowley and his team of inspectors have 24 combined years of experience and have completed tens of thousands of inspections since 2003. They are certified in Iowa, licensed in Illinois and follow national standards and any state or local licensing requirements. They also stay current on inspection best practices with continuing education classes, priding themselves on their professionalism, honesty and integrity.

- About Mark
Mark opened NPI Quad Cities in May of 2003. Since then, he has completed well over 10,000 Residential and Commercial Inspections. Mark is a licensed Home Inspector in Illinois and certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). He’s also a licensed and certified Radon Measurement Specialist and a certified Building Science Thermographer. Mark is a member of the Quad City Area Realtors Association, InterNACHI, and AARST.
Mark grew up the son of a contractor in Bettendorf. Mark began his working career with McDonalds Corporation as a Supervisor overseeing staff, building maintenance, and training for multiple restaurants. Mark worked in construction completing preservation work for bank owned properties and was accepted in the IBEW Electricians Union. After seeing a need for quality home inspectors in the Quad City Area, he decided to use his business, training, and contracting skills to open his own inspection business. Mark is a life long Bettendorf resident with his wife Tracy and their three children.
- About Jim
Jim has worked with NPI Quad Cities since 2011 and has completed over 3,000 inspections in the Quad City area to date. Jim is a licensed Home Inspector in Illinois and certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). He is a member with the Quad City Area Realtors Association and InterNACHI.
Jim grew up on a farm near Bernard, Iowa. Upon graduating form high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy where he served 8 years in both Norfolk, VA, and San Diego, CA. He met his wife in San Diego and after being honorably discharged from the Navy, he and his wife moved to St. George, UT. Jim began working in construction and was also hired on with the St. George Fire Department. After 5 years in St. George, Jim was hired by the Quad Cities Fire Department where he is still currently employed. Jim resides in Quad Cities with his wife and two daughters.
- About Todd
Todd joined the NPI Quad Cities team in March of 2017. While working for Bettendorf Fire Department, Todd has performed fire inspections over 17 years and rental inspections for the last 12 years. He is in charge of all pre-plans for the department and is currently a full-time Fire Investigator. Todd was assigned to the Fire Prevention Bureau for two years where he performed plan reviews for new construction projects and managed the rental inspection program.
Todd grew up in Geneseo, Illinois. Upon graduating high school, he attended the University of Illinois where he was a member of the Fighting Illini Track and Field Team. He then returned to the Quad Cities and became a Paramedic/Firefighter for the City of Bettendorf, where he is currently employed. Todd and his wife Dana owned and operated their own business in Route sales and Todd also worked several years as a Flight Medic for Medforce EMS. In his free time, Todd enjoys coaching youth sports and is currently the field events coach for the North Scott Track and Field Team. Todd and his wife currently reside in Princeton, Iowa, with their three kids.
- About Tracy
Tracy has been Co-Owner and Office Manager of NPI Quad Cities since 2005. Tracy is responsible for scheduling, day to day office duties, and marketing. Tracy resides in Bettendorf with her husband Mark and their three children.
