"We had NPI do a property inspection for a house we are buying. I have dealt with a lot of inspections reports and inspectors. This place was a very pleasant surprise! I received one of the most detailed reports I have seen. All issues were noted and pictures were included for all noted items which makes it much easier passing the information along to the companies that will handle the repairs. Mark and Tracy were very responsive and all questions and requests were handled well and in an appropriate amount of time. I would highly recommend Mark and Tracy Crowley as they made a normally stressful process extremely easy and stress-free. Mark was able to find and note many items that were missed by the first inspector.
