Shaun Olsberg started his inspection business following a 20-year career in the Army. He finds that helping clients during the sometimes-stressful homebuying process by providing a clear picture of the property is very fulfilling. Shaun and his team offer a detailed report the same day as the inspection, guaranteed. They are a one-stop shop for inspection needs in rural Texas, and they are proud to offer inspection services for large farm and ranch properties.
In his free time, Shaun sits on the board of directors for Hometown Hero Outdoors as the Vice President, helping facilitate outdoor adventures for our nation’s military veterans and first responders. He is passionate about helping people find a path to mental wellness through enjoyment of the outdoors. As an avid outdoorsman himself, he finds that there’s no better place to focus on mental wellbeing than the woods or the water.

With more than 15 years of experience in home remodeling and construction, Hunter brings a practical, detail-oriented perspective to every property he inspects. With his background working on homes, he has a deep understanding of how systems should function and where common issues tend to appear. Hunter’s mission is simple: to provide a transparent, honest assessment of a property so you can make a confident, informed decision before purchasing. He takes great pride in being thorough, clear, and easy to work with, offering unbiased information you can trust throughout the inspection process.
When Hunter’s not inspecting, he enjoys spending time on hands-on mechanical projects and exploring the outdoors. Whether its hiking a new trail or snowboarding whenever the season allows, he’s always looking for ways to stay curious, active, and engaged. These passions keep him sharp and grounded—qualities he applies on every inspection he performs.
