With the strong support of his wife Veronica and their family in raising their young children, Benjamin has found a passion in educating others about their homes. He enjoys teaching everyone from first-time homebuyers to seasoned contractors on the proper operation of their property, ensuring clients understand any issues identified during the inspection and potential solutions. Benjamin excels at identifying concerns, clearly explaining why they matter in a non-alarming way and offering potential remedies that a contractor might suggest or implement.

Veronica plays an essential role behind the scenes, working in the office to support customers and ensure each inspection runs smoothly. From scheduling appointments to answering client questions, her organization and friendly communication help create a seamless experience from start to finish.

Together, Ben and Veronica believe in empowering their clients with knowledge to make informed decisions about their property. Outside of his work, the Thayers are kept busy raising their two young children. They also enjoy spending quality time outdoors through camping and playing disc golf.
