- About Lead Inspector Jim Vaughn
Jim Vaughn got into home inspection because he’s genuinely passionate about buildings, both residential and commercial. With years of hands-on experience in roofing, foundations, and seawalls under his belt, becoming an inspector just made sense – and I was the best career move for him ever!
Jim likes that every day is a new adventure, whether he’s checking out single-family homes, condos, or doing wind mitigation inspections. He also loves meeting all sorts of interesting people. Jim prides himself on never quitting till the job’s done right–no shortcuts allowed! The result is a comprehensive inspection agents and clients can always count on.
Outside of work, family time, beach trips, and travel are big for Jim. He’s a huge fan of the Buckeyes, Bengals, and Reds. Plus, he’s a WW2 history buff, loves to read and bowl, and is a proud man of faith and country.
