NPI Southwest Utah Owner and Inspector Howard Cliver started his career in damage control and ship propulsion systems, cultivating a strong eye for detail and a passion for safety. He carried these skills over to a 21-year career in power generation, high-voltage electrical safety, and maintenance.
Howard and his wife currently manage seven rental properties, making inspection a natural fit. With this background in property management, Howard knows just how important inspections are in the purchasing process, and he’s here to help alleviate the stress that can come with making such a big investment.
