Furthermore, his background as a nuclear operations officer has instilled a deep appreciation for meticulous attention to detail and the importance of following detailed checklists. Jessica brings a valuable perspective to the team with her hands-on experience managing and completing numerous remodeling projects on various family homes.

Outside of their business, Mike and Jessica enjoy spending quality time with their four sons, supporting their various activities, hiking, reading, and traveling. Mike is also an avid fan of St. Louis sports and a lifelong learner.
