Steve Anderson, co-owner and lead inspector of NPI Phoenix, brings more than 20 years of retail management experience to the industry. He has grown his company to a team of 8 and enjoys every second of it. The aspect of inspection that Steve most enjoys is experiencing a completely new home each day with new challenges and learning opportunities. In his free time, Steve enjoys reading, volunteering, bike riding, and traveling to visit his grandchildren. Steve and the NPI Phoenix team are proud supporters of Helping Children Succeed in Schools, Saint Mary’s Food Bank, and The Salvation Army.

With over 10 years of experience as a home inspection marketing representative, co-owner Vanessa Pearson focused on bringing in new business and maintaining client relationships in her first years with NPI Phoenix. As a managing partner today, Vanessa’s role has expanded to include hiring and training marketing reps to continue our growth. Vanessa loves the part she plays in helping people and easing the stress of a real estate transaction. Outside of work, Vanessa is kept busy by her two daughters and their love for volleyball.
