Buying or selling a home can involve unexpected issues, and this warranty is provided as a complimentary, limited benefit on qualifying home inspections. The warranty is not a guarantee of future performance or continued condition of any system or component. Coverage is strictly limited to the specific terms and conditions of the warranty program. We also highly recommend getting a home warranty for the first year of owning a new home. In the event you have a home warranty in place after moving in, and they cover a repair item. In the first 60 days we will reimburse the service/trade call fee. This is also limited and under our warranty document.
What’s Covered
Subject to eligibility, the 60-Day Limited Warranty may provide reimbursement for certain repairs to covered systems—such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and built-in appliances—only if the item was documented as functioning at the time of inspection and subsequently experiences a covered failure. Coverage amounts, limits, exclusions, and required documentation apply.
How It Works
If you believe a covered item has failed, you may submit a claim for review to our office. Coverage is determined solely based on the written warranty terms, the inspection report, and the condition of the item at the time of inspection. Not all failures qualify, and approval is not guaranteed. The warranty does not substitute for homeowner maintenance, a home warranty plan, or insurance.
