We used National Property Inspections to conduct our home inspection on our new house. Brian was amazing! He conducted the home inspection prior to us arriving, and when we arrived, he went in detail the areas that he recommended to fix, as well as areas of the house that should be monitored. I received a detailed report with pictures of the recommended fixes, as well as during the home inspection, Brian showed us in person, the specific reasons why we should fix those areas. He also answered all of our questions regarding things to look out for, specifically winter related problems. For an additional fee, you can get radon testing, as well as termite and pest inspection. I highly recommend getting those additional tests, especially when buying a new home. As part of the package, I also received free transfer of utilities from the previous home owner to us, as well as a phone number that we can contact if we have any questions regarding the usage of appliances or any other feature of the house.
