My husband and I are both Realtors in the Bay Area. We sell, on average, 40 homes a year. One of the most important aspects of a home sale is the home inspection. The difference between a good inspector and a bad inspector can mean anything from lower priced offers to landing in court after a home sale. Viktor is exceptional at what he does because of his attention to detail, vast knowledge of a homes structure, customer service, and his commitment to honesty and integrity.

Discovering Viktor at NPI was like hitting the lottery. Working with him actually makes us look good to both our home sellers and those that purchase their homes. He shows up on time, he goes through every nook and cranny of a home in detail, if the client is present he educates them on his findings, and his reports come back with far more detail and explanation than others we have used in the past.

Viktor is now our "go to guy" when a home inspection is needed. We have not used anyone else since finding him and have no need for a backup because he will move heaven and earth to make sure our business needs are met.
