Viktor Mikhailov inspected our house which we bought recently in December of 2021. Viktor is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. Viktor was honest and forthright, extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable. I have never seen such detailed Inspection Report as Viktor provided to us after inspection was completed. It was accompanied with many pictures, comments and recommendations. Viktor inspected even very hard reachable places in the house. We bought a house with a crawlspace. This particular crawlspace has very limited access to some spots. Anyway, it is very important to know foundation condition for any house located in the area.
