Viktor Mikhailov inspected our house which we bought recently in December of 2021. Viktor is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. It was accompanied with many pictures, comments and recommendations. Viktor inspected even very hard reachable places in the house. We bought a house with a crawlspace. This particular crawlspace has very limited access to some spots. Anyway, it is very important to know foundation condition for any house located in the area. Working with Viktor a great experience. He explained all the issues very carefully and completely. He had a variety of nice tools which gave us more information about the house than I’m use to getting. He was very thorough and the report was much more clear than the report I got from the selling agent and with more information and recommendations.
