Rich @ NPI did an inspection for me on 4-plex in PA. He was quick to respond, answered all of my questions, delivered the report sooner than he promised, and then called to walk me through it and make sure I understood exactly what I was seeing. He then told me to call him anytime if I had any more questions. I have to give him 5-stars for service, and for under-promising and over-delivering. Only suggestion for improvement I had was to figure out a way to accept payments online and he said he was working on it. Love it!

In looking for a home inspector, I wanted someone who was going to be thorough, honest, professional and willing to go "the extra mile," if necessary, to ease any concerns I might have about the home I was buying. Richard Sandt of National Property Inspections met or exceeded all of those requirements. Rich arrived for our appointment on time. As we walked around the outside of the home, he pointed out what was good, what was acceptable and what needed attention. When we went inside, he did the same. He thoroughly inspected each of the home's systems plumbing, electrical, heating, etc. and noted what stood out as positives and negatives. He also didn't let the presence of the homeowner impact the way he did his job.
