National Property Inspection did a great job inspecting and reporting on the home we were purchasing. Evan Reedy & Alex Schiedler were thorough and detailed in their work, knowledgeable, communicative, and skilled in a broad range of residential systems. Their business systems are automated online, easy to work with and technologically current, including billing. The reporting was really great. There were pictures and detailed descriptions for each item, and an indication of the nature of the issue, such as "safety" or "maintenance issue" or "cosmetic damage", etc. The report was sortable by system, severity, or chronology. Best of all, the user could create an Inspection Repair Request report easily by choosing items and adding notations or credit dollar amounts. Our experience was very positive and I would recommend National Property Inspections, as well as use them again.
