Using a drone allows us to perform a thorough roof inspection on homes that most professionals aren’t able to inspect.

Reasons to use a drone on an inspection:

• If a roof is made of breakable clay, asbestos tile or any material where there is a risk of damage from walking on it, the inspector will be able to provide a more transparent picture of the home from an over-head view.
• On new roof installations, the inspector could void the manufacturer’s warranty by prematurely walking on it. With a drone, that is no longer a problem.
• Actually eliminates the risk of an inspector falling off a roof.
• Obtaining good visuals of the condition of windows or exterior covering on multi-level homes or other inaccessible areas. Water damage is a common problem that can be missed without an aerial view.
