Owner and Lead Inspector Savannah Guenther started her career in the inspection industry because she’s passionate about helping people. Born and raised in the small town of Prairie Grove, Savannah had the unique opportunity to learn about homes from a young age. Her father was a skillful carpenter in the construction industry for over 40 years, and he passed on his knowledge and love of construction to Savannah.
In addition to her inspection career, Savannah remodeles local homes and enjoys woodworking and carpentry. Her other hobbies include hiking, biking, kayaking, and spending time with her wife, their two dogs, and her family. With her passion for history, Savannah also frequently visits antique stores and flea markets to collect books, art, and other rare items.
