Inspector Ed Benoit understands the frustrations of a slow home inspection process firsthand. Witnessing his daughter’s lengthy wait inspired him to leverage his 14 years of experience in HVAC and light construction to address a clear need in the market. Ed enjoys meeting new people and learning their stories while appreciating the unique characteristics of different homes. His primary goal is to ensure homebuyers avoid costly surprises after their purchase, providing thorough inspections and valuable insights. Ed offers convenient “one-stop shopping” with a range of ancillary services and a commitment to a “scare-free” inspection experience.
Outside of work, Ed is a proud father of nine, actively involved in their sports activities, and enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hunting, fishing, and pursuing his woodworking hobby.
