I would recommend Rob, Chris, and his team in a heartbeat to anyone looking to have a inspection on their potential new home. I arrived 10 minutes before the inspection and they were already on the roof accessing the integrity of the roof & chimney. There was no skipping over any area or “pencil whipping” done. We went over each and every area of the house. If something the owners had done didn’t make sense, he investigated it to the best of his abilities and tried to make sense of it. He found several things in the house that need to be addressed and combined the facts with his expert opinion. He was extremely personable and detailed! These guys rearranged their schedule to get there for a home inspection within 24 hours. They will look at everything with 2 guys on-site and make sure all things are evaluated.
