I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I need to give credit where credit is due. National Property Inspections did the most thorough inspection of my new property prior to purchase. They arrived at my door on time, they were professional, courteous, and their attention to detail was incredible! There was no stone unturned! This is my fourth home, and I've never had an inspection like this! Justin, the owner, finished the entire inspection and then went over it with me in detail. A few hours later came a full color email document with everything photographed, labeled with arrows pointing to the areas needing to be fixed. Justin was friendly, professional, courteous, and his price was more than fair! I reccomend this company to anyone who needs a home inspection!

Justin was on time, very kind, and extremely thorough for my new home inspection. He made sure at the end of the two hours to give an overall review of what he had seen and let me know he would send the full report to me ASAP. He emailed the report to me by the end of the day. It was very detailed and also included pictures and videos. Justin made sure to call me the following day to see if I had any questions about the report. He even dug a little deeper into past permits to ensure he had all information needed to ensure the report was as updated as possible. I will definitely recommend him in the future to anyone looking for an inspection done right!

This was a very good condo purchase inspection experience! Justin was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, from scheduling on relatively short notice, providing some helpful pre-inspection perspectives, to a timely and efficient inspection appointment. Justin was professional and very thorough in his inspection of the condo I am purchasing. As a real estate agent myself, I have never seen an inspector as hardworking or detail-oriented as he was. He stated he would want someone to do the same for him if he was the buyer. This was the best inspection I have had, and I buy many properties. He went above and beyond, and had me send him the association's wind mitigation report so he could update it with my info to present to my insurance carrier in order to reduce my insurance premiums.
