NPI franchise owner and inspector, Pete Lauterer, has been serving clients throughout the Charlotte area since 2004. When you hire Pete, you’ll be working with an inspector who knows residential and commercial properties inside and out. He puts his years of training and experience into every inspection he performs, and he takes pride in providing top notch service, his end goal being to leave each client with a useful understanding of the property.
Property inspector, Emily Rumsey, joined the family business more than two years ago, after earning an undergraduate degree from Meredith College in 2015. She prides herself in her attention to detail and her ability to communicate clearly and straight-forwardly. Emily raises the standards of the inspection industry, her goal being to help her clients make a wise buying choice and to give them peace of mind when it comes to making one of the largest investments they will ever make.
