Home Inspection was done on a Condo & Town House. He was very professional and understood the need to be proactive and thorough in all aspects of his job. Has product knowledge of the structure and frame work of both dwellings. Has a good working knowledge of all electrical and mechanical items in both homes. He earned the 5 Start Rating, because he did a complete, comprehensive inspection of the properties. His Report Documents were timely and professional. The Inspection Document provided a "to do list" for items that needed to be repaired and/or addressed with the Seller. He would be the first person I would call, if we buy another home.

Absolute fantastic job. This was no ordinary "turn the knobs and walk away inspection." This was a well thought out detailed evaluation of the interior and exterior of the home. Edward went into dark nasty crawl spaces and provided us with important information that should be essential to every buyer. Based solely upon Edward's inspection and the hidden defects that he discovered, we were able to negotiate a fifty-thousand dollar ($50,000.00) reduction in the contract purchase price for the home. Edward included a detailed inspection of the home that other inspection companies would have clearly passed over. Spend your money wisely on an inspection, hire Edward Lannon. Thanks, Blaine M. The inspection went very well, they found a few items that I had already identified, but the inspector found several items that only a professional service would have found. I am extremly satisified with the report presented and especially the detailed pictures.
