You all are Great. This is my second home 15 years. Mr. Chuck performed our first one and saved us from making a bad purchase. I requested a pre-inspection before listing my home so there would be no surprises. Mr. Lannon was extremely professional, prompt, polite, and explained every detail of the inspection and needed repairs thoroughly. I received the inspection report the same day.

The inspection was everything I needed. They found issues with the home I didn't even think could exist. Unfortunately the sale fell through, but I would argue this was the best money I've ever spent! I will definitely use NPI again for my next house!

Calls were returned promptly so scheduling the inspection was easy. From there everything was online for paying and viewing my report (which I liked). The report itself is one of the most detailed I have ever received. I appreciated that time was clearly taken inspecting and documenting what turned into our new home.
