Edward was very thorough with the inspection of the property and house we are under contract to purchase. We happen to be at the house the same afternoon he was there and we were able to meet him personally and even with his “tight schedule”, he took the time to show us several concerns about some potential problems. We could not have ask for a better inspector!

I accompanied Mr Lannon on inspection. Inspection was very thorough and professionally done. He then gave a summary of significant findings to both myself and the seller. I would definitely recommend him and his company!
