Born in Battle Creek, Michigan, NPI Kalamazoo owner and inspector David Shultz has spent most of his life in Kalamazoo County. After graduating from Schoolcraft High School, David spent five years in the United States Marine Corps as a diesel mechanic. Over the years, he has filled several different roles, across several different employment sectors, from a roofing professional to a CNC machine operator to a tooling technician.
David now brings his extensive technical knowledge and skills to the real estate industry. He started NPI for three reasons:
- To provide home buyers with the information they need in order to comfortably move forward with their new home purchase.
- To build professional relationships within the Kalamazoo community, especially within the local small-business community.
- To offer exceptional customer service, answering any and all questions so our clients fully understand the condition of their property.
Our office is a locally owned franchise, part of the NPI organization of nearly 300 inspectors. Every inspection is different. All NPI inspectors have access to technical support seven days a week.
