Charlie brings a genuine enthusiasm for the real estate field to his role as an inspector, a passion cultivated through his own experience as a rental property owner. His love for interacting with people led him to seek a more direct way to engage with the industry, and he found the perfect fit in home inspections—and in the supportive environment of NPI.

Charlie finds immense satisfaction in being an integral part of the home buying process. Whether he’s providing valuable insights that empower buyers during negotiations or offering the reassurance that they are making a sound investment, the opportunity to directly assist and inform his clients is what he finds most rewarding.

When he isn’t inspecting, Charlie enjoys spending quality time outdoors, indulging in hobbies such as gardening, hiking, and fishing. He loves spending time with his wife, Jill, and their children, Arabella and Benjamin. Charlie is proud to donate both time and financial resources to The Department of Surgery at MUSC through their Trauma Survivors’ Support Fund. Charlie is a local fire commissioner and serves on the Spartanburg County Board for Disabilities and Special Needs.
