"Extremely thorough and honest. We are first time home buyers and he took the time to walk through with us on things he discovered and just little tips in general that were really helpful. We were under a time crunch and he was booked out for weeks. He helped us out by coming out on a Saturday to make sure we met the deadline!

Some may think that this is what any inspector does but that’s not true. Just had friends that bought their first house and had a different inspector that missed a lot of pricey things this man would have totally noticed. Wish I would have known him then to recommend to them and save them thousands of dollars in repairs on a brand new house."

"National Property Inspections just inspected the house we want to buy in Eagle Brooks, Lakeland, FL. Kevin Shultz did an excellent job in identifying major issues on the roof and the dead valley drainage of the roof. He also called certain roofing companies to get their opinion as to why the drainage not working properly and what possible fix is needed. He also pointed out that some shingles needs to be fixed. Other than these, he also documented quite a few minor defects on the house. My husband and I are very fortunate to have Kevin as our Inspector. I would always recommend him to future customers.
