Heather Reshetar started her inspection career out of a deep appreciation for the construction process and how all the systems of a home work together to create a safe and comfortable living environment. She has a great passion for helping buyers navigate the sometimes-stressful homebuying process by clearly explaining inspection findings—both big and small—so clients can make confident, informed decisions. Based in Denver, Colorado, Heather takes pride in providing thorough, professional inspections backed by industry knowledge and attention to detail. As a certified member of InterNACHI, she stays current on best practices and standards to deliver the reliable inspection services that her clients can trust.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with family and traveling to visit her two adult children and grandchild who live out of state. When home in Colorado, she can often be found exploring new parks with her dog, hosting gatherings with friends, attending concerts, and trying new restaurants throughout the Denver metro area. Heather gives back to the community by making monthly contributions to Humane World for Animals, supporting the wellbeing and protection of animals across the globe.
