David Schilling

Born and raised in Detroit, NPI Owner and Inspector David Schilling graduated from Wayne State University and was commissioned into the US Air Force through the ROTC program at the University of Michigan. David spent 30 years in the Air Force, retiring as a Colonel. He holds two advanced academic degrees and his passion for property inspection comes from his final Active Duty assignment serving as the Senior US Air Force representative in Lima, Peru. While in Peru, he was responsible for inspecting Department of Defense properties in Peru and other countries in South America. He is grateful for the opportunity to continue as a property inspector and to serve his local community. He is passionate about customer service and educating his clients on one of the biggest investments they will ever make—their home.
Erica Webb
Director of Media & Communications
Erica is an entrepreneur and business consultant with expertise in operations and marketing strategy. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Management and a master’s in Management & Leadership, she continuously pursues knowledge in her field.
Her work has helped clients achieve their revenue goals while building trust and brand awareness with their target audiences. As a military spouse, Erica brings valuable skills to her practice: strong attention to detail, adaptability to unexpected changes, and a disciplined approach to business challenges.
Erica lives in Livonia, Michigan, with her husband, children, and pets.
