Meet the Owners
Dan and Samantha (Sam) Lemoins were high school sweethearts who made Columbia their home. Sam came to Mizzou in 2008 and never left, and after five years of active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps, Daniel joined her in Missouri. Together, they've built their life in Mid-Missouri and are passionate about giving back to the community that shaped them. Sam is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and a university faculty member at the University of Missouri’s Occupational Therapy Department. Her background in healthcare and education has honed her attention to detail and deep commitment to building trust. Daniel brings years of experience from his military service, and continued his path of service here in Columbia before transitioning into small business ownership. He’s known for his loyalty, dedication, and drive to provide the most thorough and trustworthy inspections possible. When they're not on-site or behind the scenes, Dan and Sam are usually spending time with their three dogs—Layla, Nox, and Sadie—relaxing at the Lake of the Ozarks, hitting the golf course, or working out (Sam is a proud CrossFitter). Daniel is an avid bass fisherman and rarely misses a chance to be on the water. They love this community and take great pride in being part of Columbia’s small business landscape.
With a background in real estate advertising, Heather Gould has been in and around the real estate business for over 25 years. Heather has been the co-owner of the National Property Inspections location in St Charles, MO since 2000 alongside her husband Robert Gould. Together they have 6 adult children and 4 grandchildren. Their son Will joined their St. Charles team as an inspector in 2024. Heather enjoys reading, gardening, golf carting with friends around St. Charles and playing with their grandchildren. One of the most important business philosophies she has is to make agents and clients feel like a number one priority. That means being available by phone/text when needed and prioritizing a quick response. We like to treat customers the same way we would like to be treated.
