Owner and Inspector Ethan Morgan came to the inspection industry after more than 15 years in construction. With hands-on experience with low-voltage installations, including fire alarms, and security, telecom, HVAC, and access control systems, Ethan applies this knowledge to the home and commercial property systems he inspects today.
Hilary Morgan holds a B.A. in Communications and assists Ethan in day-to-day operations. Today, Ethan and Hilary have proudly served Colorado Springs homebuyers since 2021. Known for their attention to detail and exceptional customer service, the Morgans enjoy helping their clients by providing the comprehensive information about the property’s condition and empowering them to make informed decisions about their purchase.
The Morgans are Colorado natives who love spending time with their son Cade and their dog Ruby.
