NPI Coastal Carolinas was founded in 2006 by Jim and Susan Giuffre. After serving North and South Carolina homeowners for nearly 18 years, the Giuffres transitioned ownership to Conor and Nikki Sullivan in 2024.

Prior to operating their inspection business, Conor worked as a licensed REALTOR® helping hundreds of families find their dream home in the DC metro. Nikki has worked in business development, marketing, and sales within the real estate industry for over a decade. In their free time, the Sullivans enjoy spending time with their two sons, traveling, surfing, golfing, and participating in youth sports. They’ve owned a home in Carolina Beach since 2020 and embrace the Coastal Carolinas as home!
