Blake took charge of complicated home inspection. Not only do I refer ALL of my clients to Blake Putnam at National Property Inspectors, I use his services for my own home. I recently had concerns about the radon levels in my house and in the basement level where my daughter’s bedrooms are located. I called Blake to inquire about radon testing. Blake completed 2 inspections for me on my home purchase. The first property I had under contract had multiple issues and Blake found each and every one of them. His report was detailed, the photos he provided showed me and my realtor that this was not a property that I wanted to invest in.
