Upon looking for a Home Inspector, I checked reviews and saw the Felix team had many great reviews. From my first interaction until the end was super professional and friendly. Then he detailed each and every issue that was abnormal and cause for concern in writing with details and photographs that were easy to understand. He was able to detect small as well as complex issues. Even after I had questioned the homeowner about the type of electrical wiring used in the home and being told it had been replaced (100 year old home), Felix was able to determine it was not safe and had not been completely replaced.
