Greg Edney is a military veteran. While he was serving, he was responsible for maintaining government infrastructure and residential housing for families stationed at his duty post. This included conducting annual inspections, performing routine maintenance repairs, and handling administrative tasks for move-ins and move-outs. During housing turnovers, he personally ensured that each home was cleaned, painted, and prepared for the next tenant. He took great pride in providing well-maintained homes for military families, treating each one as if it was his own. This experience ultimately inspired him to start his home inspection business after retiring from military service.

Greg loves traveling throughout his service area and visiting places he has never seen. He also appreciates working with great real estate agents, meeting new people, and being able to stay true to his values. As an added bonus, he gets to experience a variety of architectural styles and unique floorplans with every property he inspects. Greg’s hobbies include hiking and paddleboarding, which keep him outdoors and active.
