How You Power the Team
You’re the boots on the roof, in the crawlspace, and everywhere in between—delivering inspection reports so thorough they double as a homeowner’s first maintenance manual. Your findings fuel client confidence, agent referrals, and the social proof our Marketing crew turns into five-star reviews and killer content.
Key Responsibilities
- Peform comprehensive residential and commercial inspections
- Complete add-on services—radon, WDO, sewer scope, infrared, drone—as licensed/certified
- Follow NPI and state Standards of Practice with every inspection
- Deliver same-day digital inspection reports to clients
- Deliver a 15-minute post-inspection debrief to clients with a calming tone and in a way that they can understand
- Help capture photos and videos for social media when you spot something interesting in the field
- Light marketing/networking tasks with real estate agents and potential clients
How We'll Measure Success in Your First 6-12 Months
- Zero misses: < 1% claim ratio on completed inspections
- Punctual pro: 95% of reports out within 24 hours of inspection
- Revenue booster: Avg. 1.5 paid ancillary services per inspection (10 inspections = 15 paid add-ons)
- Review magnet: Personal Google rating ≥ 4.8 with 30+ new five-star reviews generated
You Might Be a Good Fit If You're...
- A Washington state-licensed home inspector with 3+ years’ field experience (ICC, CMI, or CPO a plus)
- Comfortable on roofs, attics, crawl spaces and explaining defects to first-time buyers without talking to technical or making them feel overwhelmed
- Own and maintain inspection tools (thermal camera, moisture meter, drone, etc.)—or are eager to learn ours
- Tech-savvy with report-writing software
- Bonus points for commercial certifications or ability to inspect multi-unit properties
