Founded in 2014 by inspector Ken Roleke, National Property Inspections Tucson is the first name in commercial property inspections. Previous owner Ken Roleke worked for his family’s business in New York City full-time from 1984-2001, building, selling and managing condominiums, apartment buildings and multi-family homes. He moved to Tucson in 2001, first building custom spec houses, then doing commercial and residential general contracting and house-flipping before getting into the inspection business. In the fall of 2020, Ken stepped back as the owner of NPI Tucson and handed ownership and operations to contractor Phil Gallegos.
For the past 12 years, Phil has worked in construction, serving as a project manager, estimator and utility inspector. His comprehensive knowledge of building construction and eye for detail brought him to the inspection industry. Phil is also a member of the Arizona National Guard and a former volunteer firefighter. Originally from Colorado, he, his wife of 20 years and their four children have lived in Tucson for 3 years. Phil is proud to call the area home, and thrilled to serve your inspection needs.
