Through working with his wife in real estate for 25+ years, Jon Avery saw a need for better inspection services in his area. He wanted to help give clients a more comprehensive picture of the properties they were looking to buy or sell. Jon loves the variety that comes with telling every property’s story—everything from a 1750 farmhouse to a brand-new school. Each property is like a new book; sometimes the plot or characters might be familiar, but there’s a new twist on the next page that keeps things interesting. Jon enjoys continuously incorporating new tools and technologies in his services to ensure clients are always getting the latest and great inspection.

Jon was a racing sailor for decades, and now, in his spare time, he is enjoying getting back to his cycling and fishing hobbies. In addition, maintaining his 1890 home and keeping up with his two young grandsons tends to occupy much of his time. Life gets better and better!
