With a strong foundation in design and building, Jim Oezer leveraged his passion for homes and commercial properties into his inspection business. Since 1996, driven by a desire to ensure the health and safety of building occupants, Jim has gone beyond standard inspections. His diverse background contributes to a unique and comprehensive approach, setting his services apart. As President of the Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors (WAHI), Jim is deeply involved in the industry. His commitment to healthy buildings is further underscored by his connection to Step Beyond Green to Healthy, where his wife and Marketing Manager, Beth, serves on the board. 

In 2009, Jim’s son Josh joined NPI Wisconsin as co-owner and inspector. Josh always loved working with buildings, even from a young age. At age 12, he helped his dad Jim construct a spec house which sparked his interest in building. Fast-forward twenty years, Josh has been working with NPI since his senior year of high school. Today, he leads our Energy Audit Division. In their free time, Jim and Josh enjoy fishing, grilling, and spending quality time with their family.
